He said people could draw whatever conclusions they wished, stopping short of confirming or denying that he had taken her back.
The comments came after Campos Salazar posted a video denying she had kissed fellow content creator Alonso Grimaldo, following images that circulated online and sparked speculation about infidelity. In her video, Campos Salazar said Curwen knew everything and had been putting on his own show, a remark that fuelled rumours he had quietly forgiven her.
Curwen says he is calm despite scrutiny
Curwen did not confirm or deny whether he and Campos Salazar were still together, but he insisted he was doing well despite the public scrutiny. He said that for everyone worried about them, he was actually doing very well, that he was calm and that he was relaxed.
He acknowledged the wave of commentary surrounding the story, noting that people kept saying different things had been said the day before, but he made clear he had no intention of criticising his partner publicly. He said that if people expected him to come out and speak badly of Carla, he was not going to do it.
Refusing to keep feeding the scandal
Curwen also said he did not want to remain involved in the controversy that followed the circulation of the images. He said that if people expected him to keep swimming in that mud, he was not going to, and that whatever he and Campos Salazar wanted to say, they had already said.
The relationship between Curwen and Campos Salazar became the subject of public controversy after images, described in Peruvian entertainment coverage as an "ampay," a term used for footage that exposes alleged infidelity, purportedly showed Campos Salazar close to Grimaldo, another content creator. The episode had earlier led Curwen to distance himself from Campos Salazar, while Grimaldo separately shared his own message addressing the reports about his closeness with her.

Curwen did not publicly confirm whether he had decided to forgive Campos Salazar or whether the two had resumed their relationship.
