TikTok creator Joseira Mayumi Quispe, known online as Moca, delivered her first child via caesarean section while streaming the birth live on TikTok.
The content creator broke down in tears when she heard her baby boy cry for the first time, as thousands of virtual followers joined the broadcast to support her.
Quispe, who is also known to fans as the Queen of Moradito, regularly shares major moments of her life with her social media followers. She had previously announced her pregnancy on the platform, leading thousands of viewers to tune in during her delivery.
Throughout the surgical procedure, Quispe was accompanied in the room by her partner, known online as Haybin, alongside her mother. Following the birth, additional family members arrived at the hospital, including Quispe's younger sister.

Quispe also shared that family members and viewers pointed out physical similarities between them, telling her that the child inherited her eyes.
