Peruvian model Patricio Parodi has revealed he spent up to 9,000 soles on a single night out at a nightclub in Lima.
The 32-year-old former reality television contestant, popularly known as Pato, disclosed the figure during an interview on the podcast La manada, hosted by Laura Spoya, Mario Irivarren, and Gerardo Pe'.
During the broadcast, the hosts asked Parodi to state the highest sum of money he had ever spent in one evening while partying in Peru's capital. Parodi initially hesitated to name a specific number, explaining only that the total was a lot because he aims to ensure that everyone joining him in his VIP box has an enjoyable experience, adding that no guest has ever been bored in his reserved space.
When pressed further, Parodi admitted that his highest single-night expense reached between 8,500 and 9,000 soles, acknowledging that the amount was indeed substantial. The disclosure left the show's presenters openly surprised by the scale of his nightclub spending.
Parodi is a prominent figure in Peruvian entertainment, having earned widespread national recognition as a contestant on the long-running reality competition show Esto es guerra. The show's presenters are also well-known personalities in the country's media landscape, with Spoya being a former Miss Peru titleholder and television presenter, while Irivarren built his career on popular reality programs including Combate and Esto es guerra.
Nightclub spending details
Parodi clarified that he does not typically bring large groups of people into his reserved nightclub area. He noted that those accompanying him are predominantly men, with his party usually consisting of four or five men at most.
The television personality's comments come after he recently attracted public attention when he was filmed at the Cochinola festival kissing one young woman before subsequently flirting with another.
VIP box entertainment
Addressing his nightlife habits, Parodi defended his approach to entertaining guests, asserting that his reserved area is consistently lively regardless of group size.
He explained that even when there are six or seven surrounding groups and only two men in his own party, they work actively to ensure that all surrounding groups stay entertained throughout the night.
