British television presenter Holly Willoughby has recalled an embarrassing incident from the start of her television career when her left breast was accidentally exposed during a live morning broadcast.

The wardrobe malfunction occurred in 2004 during a live episode of a morning children's television program broadcast on the UK channel ITV, according to Metro. The English pop group Blue appeared as studio guests on the program, with the band members allegedly hypnotised as part of an on-air segment and required to repeat everything the host did.
While filming the segment, Willoughby began dancing energetically in front of the studio cameras. She recalled looking down to discover that a strap on her top had broken, causing her left breast to pop out live on air.
During the commercial break that followed, Willoughby asked studio staff to reassure her that they had seen nothing. Crew members replied that they could not lie and confirmed that everyone had seen what happened.
Tabloid coverage and background
A screenshot showing her exposed breast was later published by British newspaper The Sun in its Page 3 feature, which traditionally printed photographs of topless women. Willoughby confessed that she was burning with shame as a result of the incident.
