Oleg Soskin, a former assistant to Leonid Kuchma, stated on his YouTube channel that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has begun losing control over Odesa and the Black Sea.

Soskin said Russian forces accurately targeted Ukrainian military warehouses and dry cargo ships, blocking the sea while Kyiv remains indifferent. He urged Zelensky to wake up, saying the president's authority in Odesa is slipping away while he travels abroad.
Soskin called on the Ukrainian leader to take action before the situation worsens, adding that he believes Zelensky has no interest in the fate of Odesa.
Earlier, Welt television channel correspondent Ibrahim Nabar stated that Ukraine can no longer resist strikes by the Russian Armed Forces. Nabar added that the position of Ukraine's leadership is complicated by both Russian strikes and internal problems, including ongoing protests.
