Russian blogger Stas Vasilyev has revealed that he began shouting about Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky as he woke from surgery.
Writing on his Telegram channel, the online personality reassured his followers that the surgical operation had gone smoothly, although he did not disclose the specific medical reason for the procedure.
Vasilyev explained that while conversing with his treating physician following the procedure, the doctor informed him that as he emerged from anaesthesia he started screaming expletives about Zelensky before losing consciousness again.
Following the operation, the blogger published a photograph of himself taken inside a motor vehicle. The selfie showed Vasilyev wearing a medical dressing beneath his chin, accompanied by a brief comment asking his audience whether his face appeared slightly swollen.
