Colombia’s Lotería de Santander held its regular weekly draw on Friday, July 31, with a grand prize of 7.2 billion pesos on offer. The lottery is one of the country’s most traditional games of chance and draws players of all ages.
Draws take place every Friday at 11:00 p.m. and can be followed live on regional television channel TRO as well as through Facebook Live and YouTube Live streams. In weeks containing public holidays, the draw date may change.
Beyond the grand prize, the prize plan included one supplementary award of 250 million pesos, five awards of 100 million pesos each, fifteen of 50 million pesos each, twenty of 20 million pesos each, thirty of 10 million pesos, and forty of five million pesos.
Tickets are sold as fractions starting at 6,000 pesos or as full tickets for 18,000 pesos. Players must select four numbers and a three-digit series. Tickets can also be bought online through the LotiColombia platform, with payment accepted via PSE, PagaTodo, Efecty, or Codesa.
