Spanish influencer Roro is facing accusations of alleged xenophobia after a screenshot of an old social media response about Peru resurfaced online. The 24-year-old content creator is currently one of the most popular influencers in Spain.

The controversy stems from a screenshot of a conversation that allegedly occurred approximately six years ago. According to the image shared on social platforms, a user asked Roro if she was Peruvian. The response attributed to her was never, accompanied by a vomit emoji. Another user then wrote that she wished she were.
Social Media Reaction

The attributed reply caused significant anger among several Peruvian social media users, who considered the comment derogatory toward their country. As a result, users on social networks began accusing the Spanish creator of alleged xenophobia.
The screenshot re-emerged as Roro gained increased public exposure due to her participation in La Velada del Ano 6, a major event organized by streamer Ibai Llanos that drew renewed attention to the influencer.
Questions Over Authenticity
The original publication is no longer available online. As a result, the circulating screenshot remains the primary material used by social media users to question Roro regarding the past interaction.
Roro has not publicly confirmed or denied the authenticity of the screenshot. The content creator has also not offered any explanation regarding the context in which the reply was written, leaving the controversy active across social media platforms.
