A resident of Voronezh, Russia, named Evgeny Rasskazov has filed a lawsuit against Say Agency, the company organising American rapper Kanye West's concert in Russia, according to the Telegram channel Baza.
Baza said it examined records from the Central District Court of Voronezh, where Rasskazov's claim was submitted. The filing was registered on September 9, 2026, and has since been passed to a judge. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for October 7, 2026.
Court records also show that the legal entity behind Gazprom Arena in St. Petersburg will be brought into the case as a third party. Gazprom Arena is the stadium in St. Petersburg that is the intended venue for Kanye West's performance and is best known as the home ground of football club Zenit St. Petersburg.
