Venezuelan model Kevin Díaz has confirmed he is safe after surviving an eight-meter fall during a live broadcast of Esto es Guerra on Tuesday. The influencer, who is dating fellow contestant Onelia Molina, broke his silence from a medical clinic following hours of uncertainty among viewers.
The accident occurred on the night of August 4 when Díaz fell from a height of eight meters during a challenge. Although he landed directly onto a protective mat, the cushion sank under the impact, leaving him trapped inside the opening and unable to climb out independently. Program paramedics immediately rushed to assist him as fellow competitors watched in alarm.
Díaz later addressed his followers by sharing a photograph on his Instagram stories from a health center. The image showed him lying on a stretcher with his left thumb raised to reassure fans, although he did not reveal his face.

The production team of Esto es Guerra issued a statement on the afternoon of August 5 regarding the incident. They stated that Díaz failed to adopt the correct posture during the jump, despite having practiced the movement during rehearsals.
