National Guard officers have detained a 48-year-old local resident after he climbed over a perimeter fence into a kindergarten in the town of Dubna in Moscow Oblast.
An emergency panic alarm was triggered at the preschool facility on Entuziastov Street when the intruder scaled the enclosure while displaying clear signs of alcohol intoxication.
According to reports from state news agency TASS, law enforcement officers arrived at the scene promptly after receiving the alarm signal on their central monitoring console. The security guard on duty reported that the man behaved aggressively inside the facility grounds and ignored explicit demands to leave the property immediately.
Intrusion at Entuziastov Street Facility
Officers from Rosgvardiya, the National Guard of Russia, apprehended the 48-year-old resident on the kindergarten grounds. Law enforcement officers subsequently transported the man to a local police department in order to clarify all the circumstances surrounding the intrusion.
The incident took place in Dubna, a designated science town located in northern Moscow Oblast approximately 125 kilometres north of the capital city of Moscow along the Volga River. Moscow Oblast is the heavily populated administrative region surrounding Moscow, encompassing numerous industrial, educational, and suburban communities.
