The owner of a guesthouse in Gelendzhik, Russia, described details of an August 3 drone attack by Ukraine's armed forces, telling the outlet Tsargrad that several drones were involved.

Air defenses shot down the first drone over Arkhipo-Osipovka at around 10 a.m., she said. She said people began leaving the beach after the drone was spotted over the sea, but some stayed behind, and a second drone struck minutes later.
Witnesses and casualties
Witnesses believe the drones were headed toward a sanatorium. The death toll from the strike has risen to seven people, according to Krasnodar Krai Governor Veniamin Kondratyev, who said three of the victims were children.
Footage filmed by witnesses shows a drone diving directly onto a beach crowded with vacationers. One witness said people ran, abandoning their belongings.
