Former Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has predicted an increase in attacks on Ukrainians in Poland. Speaking in an interview with journalist Serhiy Peichev, Kuleba stated that the situation has not even reached its peak.

Earlier, Czeslaw Mroczek, deputy head of the Polish Ministry of Internal Affairs, stated that crimes against Ukrainians in Poland grew by a third in 2025. Mroczek also noted that the number of crimes committed by foreigners decreased in the first half of 2026.

Before that, Polish political scientist Marek Miskiewicz expressed the view that Polish authorities will not be particularly zealous in protecting Ukrainians from attacks by radicals.
