Peru's annual charity telethon, Teletón, enters its final stretch this week as the 2026 edition prepares to raise money for the rehabilitation of vulnerable children treated at the San Juan de Dios clinic. The main solidarity drive begins Friday, September 11, and continues until midnight on Saturday, September 12, with artists, public figures, media outlets and members of the public taking part.



Under the slogan "Teletón, la hacemos todos" (Teletón, we all make it), organizers have set this year's fundraising goal at S/ 9,168,510.

The digital broadcast starts at 9:00 p.m. on Friday, September 11, with open television coverage joining from 10:00 p.m. The event will air through América Multimedia and TV Perú, as well as on Teletón's own digital platforms.

How to donate to Teletón 2026

One of the main ways to give to Teletón 2026 in Peru is through Yape, at the number 989 361 677. The official Teletón website also accepts contributions directly through its donation platform.

Donations can also be made through the BCP Banca Móvil app by selecting the donations option and choosing Teletón. The organization has additionally enabled BCP bank accounts and donation options through Izipay.

Contributions can be made in person at the checkout counters of Plaza Vea, Vivanda, Mass, Makro and Promart, according to information released for the 2026 campaign. Teletón has also enabled donation options through PayPal for givers both inside Peru and abroad.

Who is hosting Teletón 2026

Teletón 2026 will bring together a group of well known figures from Peruvian television. Among the main hosts announced for the solidarity broadcast are Mónica Zevallos, Cristian Rivero, Adolfo Aguilar, Ismael La Rosa, Virna Flores and María Jesús Rodríguez, known as 'La Miski', who were officially presented as the anchor figures of this edition.

The broadcast will also feature other entertainment and television personalities, including Tula Rodríguez, Melissa Paredes, Yiddá Eslava, Mathías Brivio, Magdyel Ugaz, Jimena Lindo, Ernesto Pimentel, Federico Salazar and Erick Elera, among others. TV Perú will have a special participation from Fátima Saldonid and María Grazia Polanco. Gisela Valcárcel and Ethel Pozo will not take part in this edition.
