Tallulah Willis, the youngest daughter of actors Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, married musician Justin Acee in a private ceremony in Sun Valley, Idaho, on Saturday, August 8.
The 32-year-old writer, artist, and advocate wore a custom wedding dress crafted from silk satin and organza, featuring a train decorated with a bow and embroidered beaded details. The gown was designed by Pierpaolo Piccioli, the artistic director of luxury fashion house Balenciaga, marking one of the first bridal creations from his tenure at the brand.
The haute couture creation required 712 total hours of work, including 405 hours of sewing and fitting in the atelier and nine hours dedicated to the veil. Willis collaborated on the design with stylist Brad Goreski, who has worked with her mother for many years.
Before the ceremony, Willis held a final fitting with Vogue alongside her mother, Demi Moore, and her sisters, Rumer Willis and Scout Willis. Hairstylist Dimitris Giannetos created an effortlessly chic French girl updo for her wedding day look.
Custom gown and wedding reflections
Speaking to Vogue, Willis said the best feature of the gown was its volume, describing it as the element leading her toward her new husband. She added that from the start of their relationship, she and Acee decided they would choose each other every day.
Willis expressed that her greatest wish for the gown was for it to be something magical in an unexpected way that reflected her personality. Having worked hard to feel comfortable with herself, she noted that wearing a garment exuding strength was deeply important to her, adding that she strives to find beauty every day and viewed the wedding as a celebration of that beauty.
Family ties and Idaho ranch
The wedding location in Sun Valley holds sentimental value for Willis, who spent a significant part of her childhood on the family ranch in Idaho. Her parents, Die Hard actor Bruce Willis and Ghost star Demi Moore, originally moved their family from Los Angeles to Idaho partly to raise their children away from Hollywood.
Relationship history and engagement
Willis and Acee have been together since January 2023. The couple announced their engagement in December 2024 following a holiday proposal.
At the time of the announcement, Demi Moore posted photographs of the proposal on Instagram to congratulate the couple, calling it a Christmas proposal and sending them her love.
