Theme park visit in Germany

During her stay in Germany, Goulioti spent time at Europa-Park, a major leisure destination dedicated to different European nations. She documented her visit by posting several snapshots on her personal Instagram account, appearing in high spirits as she posed at various locations throughout the park.

In her social media updates, Goulioti referred to the park as magical worlds. She told her followers that the experience brought back childhood memories and allowed her to feel young once again.

Writing in a caption accompanying her photos, Goulioti stated that her group set off for Europa-Park and Rulantica in Germany. She remarked that she would not speak about how much people need to keep feeling like children, adding an enthusiastic confirmation in her text.

Goulioti added that carefree feelings and the impression that time had stopped when she was eight years old were the dominant emotions of her visit. She described the resort as magical worlds divided into individual European countries, highlighting that Greece had a special place of honor among the represented nations.

Europa-Park, located in Rust in southwestern Germany, is the largest theme park in the country and features themed areas modeled after various European nations. Rulantica is a large Nordic-themed water park situated directly adjacent to the main theme park complex.

Recent travels in the Netherlands and Greece

The trip to Germany forms part of an extended summer holiday for the Greek stage and screen actress, who has visited multiple domestic and international destinations over recent weeks.

On August 11, 2026, Goulioti shared photographs from a trip to the Netherlands, where she went stand-up paddleboarding along the historic canals of Amsterdam. In her message alongside those images, she humorously asked to be left back in Kefalonia instead.

Amsterdam, the capital of the Netherlands, is world-famous for its extensive 17th-century canal network, which forms a major hub for recreational boating and water activities.

Summer holiday on Kefalonia

Prior to her northern European travels, Goulioti spent significant time on the Greek island of Kefalonia in the Ionian Sea. Reporting on her stay on August 16, 2026, Goulioti explained that fate had brought her to the island and remarked that she was now considered almost a local resident.

Kefalonia is the largest of the Ionian Islands located off the western coast of mainland Greece, renowned for its dramatic coastal scenery, mountainous interior, and traditional villages.

Ascent of Mount Olympus

Earlier in the summer, on July 11, 2026, Goulioti undertook a climb up Mount Olympus in northern Greece. Reflecting on the ascent, she described the excursion as a once-in-a-lifetime experience and commented that she finally understood why ancient mythology placed the throne of Zeus on the mountain summit.

Mount Olympus is the highest peak in Greece, reaching an elevation of 2,917 meters. In ancient Greek religion and mythology, the mountain was revered as the home of the Twelve Olympian gods and the seat of Zeus, the king of the gods.
