Actress Sienna Miller has revealed that her third child is a baby boy, admitting that becoming a mother again in her 40s was a major surprise after believing her family was already complete.
The 44-year-old screen star confirmed the sex of her newest arrival, her second child with her 29-year-old fiance Oli Green, during an interview with British Vogue about motherhood.
Speaking about her journey into parenting later in life, Miller explained that she had assumed she would not have any more children after turning 40. She said she had believed that by the time she reached that milestone it would not happen and that she would only have her first child, adding that she had in some way come to terms with that possibility.
Miller described the unexpected arrival of her two youngest children as both a huge surprise and a wonderful gift that brought her euphoria. She added that welcoming children later in life provided her with a sense of deep, existential relief.

Birth Announcement and Early Months
The revelation follows Miller's initial confirmation of the birth during an interview with E! News in May. At the time, she joked that the birth had occurred and that she had a baby in the adjoining room, teasingly noting that putting sentences together was proving difficult due to a lack of sleep, though she was madly in love with the newborn.
Following the arrival of her son, Miller shared the first photograph of her newborn baby on July 1. She also experienced challenges in the initial weeks post-birth, disclosing that taking a transatlantic flight just three weeks after delivering her third child turned into a disaster that left her in tears.
Family Life and Fiance Oli Green
The newborn boy is Miller's third child overall and her second with Green. The couple, who are engaged, previously welcomed a daughter together in late 2023.
Miller is also the mother of 14-year-old Marlowe, her eldest daughter from her previous relationship with actor Tom Sturridge.
Miller, an established British-American actress known for her high-profile film and stage roles, has frequently spoken about balancing her career with family life. Her fiance Green works as an actor and model, while Sturridge continues his career in English theatre and film productions.
