Presley Gerber recorded video footage of himself inside a rehabilitation facility in Santa Monica, California, one day before he was found dead at age 27, according to media reports by Page Six and TMZ.
The video was recorded at approximately 10 p.m. on Saturday, September 19, inside a room at the Resolutions Living facility, about 24 hours before Gerber was found dead.
In the clip, Gerber filmed himself and the clinic room where he had taken refuge. He appeared wearing a white sleeveless top, black glasses, and a silver chain around his neck, with his signature neck tattoos visible on camera.

Gerber, the son of supermodel Cindy Crawford, had worked as a model in the fashion industry. Santa Monica, situated on the Southern California coast, is home to numerous residential recovery centers and sober living environments designed for individuals undergoing addiction treatment.
Drug use and intake request
Sources with direct knowledge of the situation told TMZ that Gerber had taken drugs on Saturday afternoon and feared he was losing control. His sober support supervisor contacted Resolutions Living to ask if the facility would admit the 27-year-old, stating openly that Gerber was under the influence of drugs.
According to the same sources, the admissions manager at Resolutions Living responded that the facility would be happy to accept him.
The caller had intended to transfer Gerber to a full rehabilitation center on the following Monday, but needed a location to place him over the weekend.
Sources reported that Gerber used drugs inside the Resolutions Living premises. The sources estimated that he did so believing it was his final opportunity before entering a formal treatment program.
Facility rules and staff dismissal
Rehabilitation center owners told TMZ that a foundational rule in addiction recovery programs is that individuals currently under the influence of substances must not be sent to a sober living home.
The TMZ report concluded that the admissions manager at Resolutions Living was fired following Gerber's death.
