American blogger Mario Armando Lavandeira Jr., better known as Perez Hilton, was hospitalized following a live broadcast, according to a report by The Independent.
It was noted that Hilton was conducting a live stream on the social network TikTok on August 2 when he began inflicting self-harm. Viewers watching the broadcast became frightened for his condition and contacted emergency services. The blogger was subsequently brought to a hospital where medical staff provided him with necessary care.
