OnePlus has made the OnePlus 15R high-end smartphone available for 490 euros on AliExpress following the brand's exit from the European market. The Asian manufacturer released several notable devices over the past year despite leaving Europe. The smartphone, which features certain cutbacks compared to the OnePlus 15, is also available on PcComponentes for 584 euros.
The reduced price applies to the black version of the model equipped with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage. The manufacturer promises up to five years of guaranteed software updates with the device. AliExpress lists the original price of the handset at 699 euros before discounts, including free shipping.
Processor and physical design
The OnePlus 15R features the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor, a scaled-down version of the Elite Gen 5 chip. The processor scored over 3 million points in Antutu benchmark testing to deliver stability and high operational speeds. Graphics processing relies on an Adreno 829 GPU designed for gaming and media editing.
The device uses a premium build made of aluminum and glass. It features an 8.3 mm thick chassis, weighs 214 grams, and has semi-rounded edges designed for comfortable one-handed handling. The physical design comes in green and black color options.
