Greek telecommunications provider Nova has launched Nova More, a single bundled service combining broadband internet, fixed landline telephony and mobile phone plans for residential customers across Greece.
The consolidated service starts at 36 euros per month for a package combining a Fiber 100 home internet connection with an Unlimited+5GB mobile subscription. Subscribers can also integrate Nova's EON TV platform into the plan to bring all household communication and television entertainment under a single billing structure.
Nova said the package is available both to new subscribers combining services and to existing customers who renew or upgrade their current plans. Total discounts and promotional benefits vary depending on the specific tier of services selected by each customer.
Immediate 5G access during fiber installation
While upgrading to high-speed fiber optic connectivity offers significant performance advantages, activating new Fiber to the Home connections in buildings without existing optical wiring requires technical setup time. Fiber to the Home technology runs optical fiber cables directly into residential units, replacing legacy copper wiring to deliver high-speed data transmission and lower latency.
To eliminate activation waiting times, Nova is offering eligible Nova More subscribers an immediate connection service called Connect DayOne. Customers pick up the necessary equipment from a Nova retail store upon submitting their application and can connect to the internet on the same day over Nova's nationwide 5G wireless network.
The temporary 5G setup includes calling services with unlimited voice minutes to all fixed landlines and mobile numbers. Once technical teams complete the physical fiber optic installation at the customer's property, the system automatically transfers the connection to the chosen Fiber broadband tier.
Mesh hardware for high-speed internet tiers
Wireless connection quality inside homes is frequently affected by router placement, architectural layout and the number of devices operating simultaneously. Signal strength often deteriorates through concrete walls or over long distances, creating dead zones in larger houses or apartments.
To maintain signal stability for activities such as remote working, online gaming and high-definition video streaming, Nova is packaging its Ultra Wi-Fi service with higher-speed subscriptions. The service uses Wi-Fi Mesh hardware, a system of interconnected wireless nodes that distribute coverage evenly across multiple rooms.
Nova provides the Ultra Wi-Fi hardware and professional home installation by specialized company technicians at no extra charge for subscribers selecting internet speeds of 500 Mbps or higher.
Customer support and remote technical assistance
Nova has also updated its customer support framework for Nova More subscribers. Customers contacting customer service or technical support lines can use intelligent Interactive Voice Response features or reach a specialized company representative in less than 30 seconds.
Subscribers can also request an instant callback through the official Nova App using a feature called Call me Back. Tapping the button prompts a customer service representative to call the user within one minute, eliminating the need to wait on hold.
