Ninkear L20 Mini PC Launches With Intel Lunar Lake CPU

Ninkear has launched the L20 mini PC, a compact desktop computer powered by an Intel Lunar Lake processor with support for up to three 4K monitors.

Pricing for the system starts at 700 euros. The device packs its hardware into a chassis measuring 129 by 129 by 43 mm with a volume of just 0.66 litres and a weight of about 625 grams.

Mini PCs are small form factor desktop computers designed to save desk space while delivering standard personal computing capabilities for work, multimedia, and general office tasks.

Artificial intelligence and graphics performance

The L20 is equipped with an eight-core, eight-thread Intel Core Ultra 5 226V processor featuring clock speeds up to 4.5 GHz and a 17 W thermal design power. Artificial intelligence workloads are handled by an Intel AI Boost neural processing unit delivering up to 40 TOPS of performance, bringing total claimed AI computing power to 97 TOPS. The computer supports the Copilot+ PC standard.

Neural processing units are specialized hardware components designed to handle artificial intelligence workloads, while Microsoft's Copilot+ PC standard requires specific hardware performance thresholds for running local AI features.

Integrated graphics are provided by an Intel Arc 130V chip featuring seven Xe-cores with frequencies reaching 1.85 GHz. According to Ninkear, the GPU delivers adequate performance for multimedia, productivity applications, and 1080p gaming.

Connectivity, memory, and expansion options

For display connection, the device can drive up to three 4K monitors simultaneously. Physical ports and wireless connectivity include USB4, several USB 3.2 ports, two HDMI connectors, a DisplayPort 1.4 interface, a 2.5-gigabit Ethernet port, Wi-Fi 6, and Bluetooth 5.3.

Base configurations feature 16 GB of high-speed LPDDR5X-8533 RAM alongside a 512 GB or 1 TB solid-state drive. Two M.2 2280 slots allow for storage expansion. The device ships with a VESA mount to hide the unit behind a display, and it supports both Windows 11 and Linux.
