Mick Jagger danced energetically at a disco just weeks after turning 83, according to a video he posted himself.
The Rolling Stones frontman went out for an evening at a club and shared a video on his personal Instagram account on Sunday, August 9, showing his online followers how he is spending his summer.
Jagger is seen dancing under a disco ball to "Mr. Charm," a track from the band's new album, Foreign Tongues. He wrote in the caption of the post that he was enjoying the summer and hoped his followers were too.

A few weeks before showing off his dance moves, Jagger had spoken about the aging process, admitting he does not view it in a particularly positive light. He told The New York Times, during an episode of the podcast The Interview, that there is nothing good about it.
He said he had not gained wisdom with age, saying he had forgotten all of it. He added that he might have had a few pearls of wisdom, but he thinks he has probably forgotten what they were, so no, it is not especially pleasant.
On physical changes with age
The singer also addressed the physical changes that come with the passage of time, explaining that he can no longer do things at the same speed and now needs to take greater care.
He said you cannot do things as quickly as you would like, and physically, you cannot do the things you might want to do. He said you have to be more careful, adding that you can still do them, but you have to be a little more careful when you do.
