Velopoulos, a former television presenter and author who founded Greek Solution in 2016, leads the national conservative party in the Hellenic Parliament in Athens. The party has consistently campaigned on economic protectionism, opposition to corporate monopolies, and increased state support for struggling households facing elevated inflation and utility rates.

Member of Parliament Alexandros Avlonitis officially joined the Panhellenic Socialist Movement, known as PASOK, delivering a formal announcement to the parliamentary bureau. Avlonitis joined PASOK after departing the New Social Cohesion group, strengthening PASOK under party leader Nikos Androulakis.
Following his transition, Avlonitis issued detailed clarifications regarding potential political cooperation between PASOK, the Coalition of the Radical Left party SYRIZA, Course of Freedom, and Greek police authorities. Avlonitis stated that any future dialogue must center strictly on political autonomy rather than tactical coalition building.
