Hollywood actress Hayden Panettiere died from the toxic effects of a dangerous mixture of drugs and medications, according to a report published by Variety magazine.
Toxicology results from a forensic medical examination revealed that fentanyl, alprazolam, methocarbamol, quetiapine, and the opioid precursor 4-ANPP were present in her bloodstream at the time of her death.
The report noted that medical examiners found no signs of physical trauma on her body and confirmed there was no indication of criminal activity or foul play surrounding the tragedy.

Panettiere was a prominent American actress who gained international recognition for her work in television and feature films. She was particularly known to movie audiences for starring as Kirby Reed in the horror film Scream 4.
Beyond her acting career, she attracted significant public attention during her multi-year relationship with Ukrainian boxer Wladimir Klitschko. The couple were previously engaged, and Klitschko had earlier made public comments addressing the tragedy involving his former fiancée.
Klitschko is a former world heavyweight boxing champion who, alongside his brother Vitali, dominated professional boxing for over a decade before retiring from the sport.
Toxicology Analysis and Chemical Compounds
The medical examination detailed a mix of prescription pharmaceuticals and synthetic compounds. Fentanyl is a potent synthetic opioid used medically for severe pain management but carries severe risks when combined with other central nervous system depressants.
Among the other substances identified, alprazolam is a benzodiazepine widely prescribed to treat panic and anxiety disorders. Methocarbamol is a prescription muscle relaxant, while quetiapine is an atypical antipsychotic drug used for mood disorders.
The toxicology test also detected 4-ANPP, a chemical intermediate and byproduct directly linked to the synthesis and breakdown of fentanyl in the body.
