Glovo has launched an integration with ChatGPT and Claude that lets Ukrainian users search for products, compare prices and move to checkout directly from a chat conversation, the company announced.

The service covers both retail stores and restaurants. Once a user links their Glovo account, they can describe what they want to buy to the AI assistant instead of searching inside the app.
According to Glovo, the assistant can independently select a gift within a set budget, check stock availability and suggest the most relevant options. During the conversation, ChatGPT or Claude takes user preferences into account, including budget limits, and presents product selections with photos, prices, ratings and seller information.
To complete a purchase, the user follows a button that takes them to the Glovo app or its web version.
The company said the integration is part of developing its quick-commerce offering and reflects new user habits, as more people turn to artificial intelligence to search for products. Glovo said it expects the move to bring in more organic traffic and raise the rate at which searches convert into actual purchases.
