The second +1RD International Meeting of Women Entrepreneurs has taken place at the Hotel Barcelo Lina in Santo Domingo to foster authentic business leadership.

Held over three days in the Dominican capital, the event established itself as a platform for the regional entrepreneurial and professional ecosystem. Organizers structured the gathering around comprehensive training sessions, commercial interaction spaces, fashion shows, and an awards gala.
The summit opened with calls for personal authenticity, comprehensive professional training, and the public recognition of business merit across sectors in the Dominican Republic.


Professional workshops and expert speakers
The central axis of the conference series revolved around the theme Inimitable: Less Filters + Reality. Discussions focused on key tools for corporate success examined through a human and comprehensive perspective.
A panel of specialists delivered presentations tailored to their respective fields of expertise during the conference modules. Elizabeth Brito led the discussion on marketing, while Antonio Coronado presented on financial management.
Maria de la Cruz addressed communication strategies, Dr. Carmen Pimentel spoke on therapeutic approaches, and Venancia Pimentel provided insights into Feng Shui, an ancient practice centered on spatial harmony and workspace organization.
Alongside the speeches, an exhibition area served as a showcase for services and literary works. Attendees utilized the space for professional networking designed to create high-value commercial opportunities.
Fashion shows and artisanal design
The conference and exhibition segment concluded with a series of fashion shows highlighting regional creativity and elegance. Prominent fashion designers Geraldine Candio and Adolfina Lluberes presented their latest clothing collections on the runway.
Designer Zoveida Garcia accompanied the runway presentations with a collection of handcrafted artisanal accessories.

The 2026 ISIS Awards ceremony
The three-day gathering culminated in the presentation of the second annual ISIS 2026 Awards. Organizers dedicated the evening gala to honoring individuals who have made significant contributions to the national and international business landscape.
Honorees received awards across eleven distinct categories during the ceremony. Zoveida Garcia accepted the ISIS of Knowledge award, Adolfina Lluveres received the ISIS of Legacy honor, and Deyanira Martinez was awarded the ISIS of Collaboration.
Divina Aponte received the ISIS of Vision award, Maria de la Cruz earned the ISIS of Expansion recognition, and Juana Damaris Jose was named the recipient of the ISIS of Integrity award.
Additional individual awards included Josephine Cancel as the ISIS of Consciousness recipient, Jacqueline Lopez for the ISIS of Origin, and Carmen Pimentel for the ISIS of Commitment. Antonio Coronado was named ISIS Guardian, while Rommy Grullon received the Great ISIS Woman distinction.
The gala concluded with a live musical performance by artist Raquel Castillo, who sang the official theme song of the awards ceremony. Organizers noted that the musical piece summarized the core values of excellence, commitment, and leadership emphasized throughout the event.
