Blogger Diana Shuryigina, taken into custody over the distribution of pornography, has started visiting a chapel and praying, according to the Telegram channel Mash.

Mash reported that Shuryigina described her turn to religion in a letter to her former boyfriend Svyatoslav Gusev, saying she visits the chapel whenever she can. She is praying for her freedom, for a trip to Bali, and for a care package to be delivered to her.
Delayed care packages
Shuryigina has spent 20 days in pretrial detention without receiving her personal belongings. According to the report, friends never packed anything for her, and other parcels arrived late. She believes detention center staff are using the delays to pressure her, and she also complained that her lawyer is doing nothing on her case.
Detention extended
Shuryigina has been ordered held in pretrial detention until August 19. Her restrictions were tightened after she accessed the internet while under house arrest. The criminal case against her was opened over intimate photos and videos posted to a Telegram channel she ran.
