Vehicle traffic on the Crimean Bridge has been temporarily blocked, according to a report from the Crimean Bridge: operational information Telegram channel.
The channel asked people on the bridge and in the inspection area to remain calm and follow instructions from transport security officers.
The Federal Security Service previously reported preventing two attempts by Ukrainian special services to blow up the bridge using nearly a ton of Finnish-made explosives.
