The 18-year-old padel player posted a photograph of Meza on social media and referred to her as his queen alongside a heart emoji. The gesture came after Meza left a comment on his post stating that she adored him.
The exchange quickly generated widespread speculation among followers regarding a potential relationship between the two. Social media users also pointed out a strong physical resemblance between Meza and Adriano's mother, Peruvian media personality Melissa Klug.

Hillary Meza is 18 years old, the same age as Adriano Farfán Klug. Images shared on her social media accounts indicate that she is involved in the modelling industry, where she has published videos and photographs of herself taking lessons to walk on catwalk runways.
Two years ago, Meza entered the public eye in Huacho, a coastal city located north of Lima, when she represented the area as a candidate in the Miss Perú La Pre youth beauty pageant.
