Spain has issued a commemorative silver coin honoring its national football team's victory at the 2026 World Cup, the Royal Mint of Spain announced.
The coin's reverse features a color image of the World Cup trophy at its center, topped by the official FIFA logo. The Royal Mint's emblem sits on the left, while the bottom bears the inscription "World Champions" and the coin's face value.

Two large orange stars on the reverse represent Spain's two World Cup titles, won in 2010 and 2026.

The coin is made of 925 sterling silver with a face value of 5 euros, though it sells for 60.33 euros before VAT. It measures 33 millimeters in diameter, weighs 13.5 grams, and is limited to a run of 50,000 pieces.
Sales began on July 31. The coin can be bought at the Royal Mint's museum in Madrid, through its official online store, or via a network of authorized partners.
