Russia’s Federal Tax Service has suspended operations on accounts belonging to three companies connected to Belarusian blogger Vlad A4, whose real name is Vladislav Bumaga, according to RIA Novosti.
The companies affected are A4 Kids Kuzminki, in which Bumaga holds a 25 percent stake, A4 Magazin, where he holds 39 percent, and Dpizza Severo-Vostok, where he holds 5 percent. The tax service has issued seven freezing decisions against the accounts since December 2025.
The agency said the blocks on the first two companies were triggered by tax debts of 2.29 million rubles and 1.1 million rubles respectively. The third company’s accounts were frozen because the organisation failed to file a tax return within 20 days of the deadline.
Reports of the blogger’s multi-million ruble tax debts first emerged in June, when a fourth firm called Kidscity, which organises leisure and entertainment, was also named.
