The Moscow Arbitration Court is hearing the case, which the agency said relates to improper fulfillment of obligations under supply contracts.

Russia's Accounts Chamber has been brought into the case as a third party, which the agency said points to possible violations found during audits of state contracts.

Tender dispute and vaccine production

The Telegram channel "Bez Retsepta" reported that Nanolec had challenged the terms of a tender in late 2025.

Nanolec launched production of Russia's first domestically made HPV vaccine in 2025. The company had planned to fully meet the domestic healthcare system's need for the vaccine by 2027.
