Russian Ministry of Defense air defense forces shot down three unmanned aerial vehicles flying toward Moscow, city Mayor Sergey Sobyanin said.
Writing on his channel in the Max messaging app, Sobyanin stated that emergency services specialists were working at the location where debris fell.
Prior drone attacks
Sobyanin previously reported that about 2,000 Ukrainian drones attacked Moscow between August 1 and August 8. He specified that air defense forces destroyed 82 of those drones on approach to the city.
