Peruvian actress Mayella Lloclla has announced she will marry her partner of 15 years, industrial engineer Jhefrey Vásquez, in November.
The 40-year-old television star confirmed that preparations are already underway for the ceremony later this year. The couple shares a ten-year-old son, Gael, and has remained together after overcoming a six-year separation during their romance.
Speaking to the Peruvian media outlet Trome, Lloclla revealed that she is currently finalizing details for the upcoming event. She described herself as running around frantically as she organizes the ceremony, which she said will be somewhere between an intimate gathering and a larger celebration. She added that she feels extremely excited about the preparations and that it will be a very special day.
Romance and family background
The relationship between Lloclla and Vásquez began when the actress was 21 years old while she was filming the television series Sarita Colonia. Lloclla previously shared that she fell in love at first sight when they first met, and the two became a couple shortly after. Their son Gael was born during the course of their relationship and is currently ten years old.
Despite their long relationship, the couple faced significant challenges over the years and experienced a period where they were distanced as a couple for nearly six years. Lloclla explained that the relationship had suffered from wear and tear, leading both of them to feel that they no longer understood each other at the time. However, she emphasized that mutual affection and trust remained intact throughout their separation, and they never lost communication.

Lloclla has built a prominent career in Peruvian television over two decades. She gained widespread recognition for her leading role portraying folk singer Dina Páucar in a biographical miniseries produced by the television network Latina.
Her screen credits also include leading roles in popular television productions such as Camote y paquete, Por la Sarita, and Yo no me llamo Natacha. Most recently, she starred in the hit drama series Luz de Luna.
