German supermarket chain Lidl has put a limited edition Parkside Performance cordless drill endorsed by actor Arnold Schwarzenegger on sale in its physical stores.
The release marks the arrival of the 20V battery-powered drill driver across high street locations starting on August 31, 2026. The retailer indicates the promotional tool is expected to sell out within hours of hitting shelves.
Lidl, the Germany-headquartered international discount supermarket network, frequently rotates non-food hardware and home products through its middle aisle section. Parkside serves as Lidl's house brand for DIY power equipment, offering tools aimed at home maintenance, woodworking, and garden repairs.
The retail chain previously partnered with Austrian-American actor and former California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger as the public face of the Parkside brand line. Schwarzenegger, widely known for his body-building career and action film roles, endorses the special edition hardware.

Unlike standard Parkside tools, which traditionally feature a dark green casing, this limited edition version sports a matte black finish. The darker aesthetic gives the power tool a distinct appearance within the product line.
The edition includes high-quality laser engravings of Arnold Schwarzenegger's signature. The signature is featured directly on the aluminum carrying case, on the battery, and on the holder containing five included interchangeable bit attachments.
