Blogger Ilya Varlamov published a video on his YouTube channel complaining about disorder in Stockholm. Varlamov is listed by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation as a foreign agent and is included in the list of terrorists and extremists by Rosfinmonitoring.
Passing an unequipped plot, Varlamov jokingly expressed outrage, stating that he had moved from loving Stockholm to asking about the graffiti and calling the area a wasteland. He asked whether they were in Chita or where they were, pointed to trash on the asphalt, and advised Stockholm residents to organize volunteer cleanups.
Previous Statements on Portugal and the Netherlands
Varlamov previously offered uninvited advice to Portuguese authorities, calling on them to install enough public toilets on the island of Madeira because tourists often relieve themselves along the road. He also previously described a way to identify a Russian home in the Netherlands, stating that the residence of a person from Russia will be warm.
