AnTuTu, the company behind the widely used mobile benchmarking app, has published its July ranking of Android smartphones offering the best price-to-performance ratio. The list is divided into five price categories, as it is each time AnTuTu issues the ranking.
AnTuTu said the rankings are based purely on performance. Cameras, battery life, displays, software skins and other features were not factored into the results, meaning the list is meant to narrow down options rather than crown an overall best phone.
Budget phones under $220
Motorola dominated the category of devices priced at $220 or less, taking the top three spots. The Moto G100s came out on top, ahead of the Moto G100 Pro and the Moto G100. All three devices scored highly for their balance of cost and performance.
In the $220 to $370 segment, the Oppo K15 Pro+, powered by a Dimensity 9500s chip, took first place. It was followed by the iQOO Z10 Turbo Pro, which runs on a Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor, and the Realme GT8, built on a Snapdragon 8 Elite chip. AnTuTu noted that this price bracket is increasingly seeing phones with flagship-level processors.
Mid-range and upper mid-range models
The $370 to $520 category was led by the OnePlus Ace 6, followed by the iQOO Neo11 and the Redmi K90. All three phones are built on the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor.
In the $520 to $666 range, the OnePlus 15T, equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, took the top spot. The Honor Magic 8, also running Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, placed second, while the Honor Magic 8 Pro Air, powered by a Dimensity 9500 chip, came third.
Premium segment over $660
Among phones priced above $660, the Red Magic 11 Pro Plus, Red Magic 11S Pro and Honor Magic 8 Pro ranked best. These devices are also built on the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip.
AnTuTu, developed by the Chinese company AnTuTu Technology, is one of the most widely used tools for measuring smartphone processing power, and its rankings are frequently cited across the tech industry to compare device performance.
