Mexican singer Ángela Aguilar, known for her work in traditional regional Mexican music, returns to the ceremony with an unreleased version of the classic song Cielito lindo. Aguilar is the most nominated artist among the newly announced group of performers, earning three nominations this year. She is nominated for Best Mariachi Song - Mexican Music, Best Mexican Music Album, and The Perfect Mix.

Colombian singer-songwriter Camilo, a winner of six Latin Grammy Awards and three Premios Juventud trophies, will present a global debut performance at the ceremony. Puerto Rican reggaeton star Wisin, who has previously won two Premios Juventud awards, will perform a medley of his songs Saoco, Paleta, and Gistro Amarillo. Wisin is nominated for Tropical Mix and Best Urban Album. Reggaeton, which developed in Puerto Rico in the 1990s, is one of the most prominent genres in urban Latin music.

Wisin's former duo partner, Yandel, will deliver an exclusive symphonic performance created specifically for this edition of the awards show. Yandel holds 17 Premios Juventud awards over his career and is competing this year for Album of the Year and Best Urban Mix.

Mexican artist Natanael Cano, an exponent of the corridos tumbados genre, will make his television premiere performance of his tracks Mar Azul and CR7. Cano, a five-time winner of Premios Juventud awards, is nominated for Best Urban Rhythmic Song and Best Mexican Music Fusion. Corridos tumbados combine traditional Mexican storytelling ballads with modern urban and hip-hop influences.

Spanish pop singer Manuel Carrasco will make his debut at the Premios Juventud gala, performing a medley of Buchito and Oh Si Pudiera. Carrasco, who has a career spanning more than two decades in the music industry, is nominated for Best Euro Song.
