German supermarket chain ALDI will launch a compact Ambiano portable blender priced at €12.99 across its physical stores on Saturday, September 5. The small kitchen appliance is designed for preparing individual fresh smoothies and shakes directly for on-the-go consumption without dirtying extra dishes.
The device will be available in the bazaar section of ALDI outlets as part of the retailer's seasonal stock additions for September. At under €13, the appliance is positioned significantly below similar market alternatives, which typically cost more than €30.

ALDI, short for Albrecht Diskont, is a German discount supermarket chain operating thousands of locations internationally. The company frequently rotates limited-time general merchandise items through its bazaar aisles, offering home electronics under private-label brands like Ambiano, which specializes in small kitchen appliances and household gadgets.
Compact design and battery operation
The Ambiano blender is engineered specifically to address space limitations in modern kitchens, where countertop space is frequently occupied by daily fixtures such as capsule coffee machines. Its small dimensions allow it to fit easily into minimal storage spaces when not in use.
Equipped with a 330-millilitre portable cup, the blender provides an individual serving capacity designed to prevent ingredient waste. It includes a dedicated transport lid that allows users to drink directly from the mixing vessel, eliminating the need for extra crockery.
Power is supplied by an internal battery, enabling users to blend drinks anywhere, including at the gym, work, or university. The cutting block features three stainless steel blades, operated via a single button to start and stop the blending process.

Color options and seasonal context
ALDI is offering the appliance in two color finishes: a classic neutral black option intended for discreet use in professional or athletic environments, and a violet version designed with a more modern appearance.
The product release coincides with September's return to school, institute, and university routines following the summer break. September also marks the peak harvest season for fresh fruits, including melon, pomegranate, raspberry, apple, pear, and grape, which serve as key ingredients for homemade smoothies.
Related supermarket offerings
The blender launch forms part of a broader release of practical home products across discount supermarket chains in early September. Competitor chain LIDL brought back an outdoor solar spotlight on Friday, September 4, featuring 600 lumens, a motion sensor, and battery power, while ALDI also listed an upholstery and car seat stain cleaner priced under €50.
