The Russian fairytale film The Last Warrior. Kolobok earned over 53 million rubles on its first day of release in Russian cinemas on Aug. 6. Data from the Cinema Fund's Unified Automated Information System, known as EAIS, showed the opening day box office exceeded 53 million rubles.
The EAIS website reported that premiere day earnings reached 53,593,560 rubles, making the picture the highest-grossing summer release of 2026. As of 02:00 Moscow time on Aug. 7, total box office receipts for the film reached 65,550,064 rubles.
Rating controversy
It was previously reported that Marvel fans crashed the movie rating of Kolobok following the postponement of the Spider-Man premiere.
