Employees detained by Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) told investigators the exchange's total turnover ran to roughly one to two million dollars a day. The suspects are currently being interrogated, according to Baza.

Earlier raid at Moscow-City

The FSB and Russia's Interior Ministry had previously detained more than 20 workers at illegal crypto exchanges inside the Moscow-City complex. According to earlier reports, the exchanges were used by scammers operating from Ukrainian call centers to move money stolen from Russian citizens out of the country.
