Former KVN star and singer Tornike Kvitatiani has married 21-year-old Diana Kardava in a wedding ceremony held in the Moscow region.
The 34-year-old former comedian, who rose to television prominence with the comedy team Bortsy, held the celebration at the Lapino Hall banquet hall. News of the wedding was reported by celebrity news outlet Super.ru on Telegram.
Organisers decorated the venue with fresh flowers and candles to set the stage for a traditional Georgian-style celebration.

Attendees included professional footballer Pavel Mamaev accompanied by his wife Nadezhda, as well as media personality Kurban Omarov, the former husband of television presenter Ksenia Borodina, who attended with his wife Valeria. Comedic blogger Artem Karajdzhyan, known for starring in the web series Directly Kakha, was also present alongside his wife.

Reports that Kvitatiani planned to marry a woman 13 years his junior first emerged in August. The artist explained that family relatives had initially introduced him to Kardava. He later proposed to Kardava in Paris, having first sought permission from her parents before asking for her hand in marriage.
KVN, short for Klub Vesyolykh i Nakhodchivykh or the Club of the Funny and Inventive, is a long-running comedy competition television show created in the Soviet Union in 1961. Teams from various cities compete by performing scripted sketches and improvisational comedy routines. The Bortsy team, whose name translates to The Wrestlers, gained widespread recognition on the show for their signature comedic sketches and wrestling singlet stage costumes.
In addition to his work in comedy, Kvitatiani has established a career as a solo singer and television personality across Russian media. The nuptials mark a major personal milestone for the performer as he continues his career in music and entertainment.
