Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky addressed British ministers today, a rare appearance by a foreign leader in cabinet that British Prime Minister Keir Starmer hopes will underline London’s support for Kiev. A day after hosting European leaders at Blenheim Palace for a meeting of the European Political Community (EPC), Starmer continued his efforts to boost Britain’s role on the international stage by inviting Zelensky to address the cabinet.
