Five people died during the Russian attack on a television tower in Kiev. The channel said it will work to restore any lost signals. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky condemned the attack in a Twitter post.

A group of Brazilians who left Ukraine after the Russian invasion arrived in Brazil. Among them were some Brazilian soccer players who play for Ukrainian clubs. Passengers disembarked in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.
