A young man was killed with 14 rifle shots at dawn on Saturday (26), in the Taquaril neighborhood, in the eastern region of Belo Horizonte, mining capital. The 18 -year -old victim was killed by suspects disguised as civil police.
According to the Military Police, the team was called to meet a homicide occurrence, when they found the victim’s body with several perforations in the abdomen, neck, arms and face.
At the scene, the agents also observed graffiti that referred to the Red Command faction, in which the messages would have been written with red paint and threatened the targets of the suspects.
The victim’s relatives claimed that around 4:50 am, eight armed people went to the victim’s house and performed as civil police. Subsequently, the suspects took the young man out of the residence, took the cell phone from his family and led him to a staircase near where the crime happened.
In a statement, the Civil Police stated that the body of the young man was sent to the Legal Medical Institute (IML). The case is still investigated to verify the motivation and authorship of the crime. So far, no suspects have been arrested.
