X Factor 2023: Sarafine wins (and Dargen sends a message to Morgan)

It’s been a long time since a X Factor we never experienced such an intense final, thanks toabsence of an announced winner capable of canceling the race in favor of an almost certain bet concentrated on a single name. The seventeenth edition, however, offers emotions and suspense until the end: both because Sky chose not to skim the shortlist of candidates during the episode and because, from performance to performance, it seemed that everyone was there to lift the trophy at the sky. At the end of the games, only one remained alone on the stage: Sarafinea name that has slowly made its way to X Factor during the Live shows and who managed to win the victory, confirming the intuition of her teammates who, on the eve of the final, they were convinced that it would be one of her and Maria Tomba who would come out on top. Born in Calabria in 1989, Sarafine, born Sara Sorrentiimmediately stands out both for its sympathy – note the brother who, from the audience, always made himself heard for his unbridled cheering – and for his vocal range and his production talent capable of rearranging songs that have become cult in his own way, a gift that his judge Fedez he chose to exalt from the beginning to the end of his journey.

Sarafine has been passionate about music since she was a child she is the first producer to win the Sky Original talent show, demonstrating the evergreen attention that X Factor he had towards the world of music and its infinite forms of experimentation. «I want to thank everyone who supported me, my boys. It’s been a crazy journey.” Sarafine said shortly after the presenter Francesca Michielin, impeccable as always, shouted his name to an X Factor Arena heated by passionate cheering and a storm of lights and colours. Second place for the Stunt Pilotsfollowed by The Usual Dandy of the team Dargen D’Amico and Maria Tomba from the Fedez teameven if the emotion and happiness felt at the moment of the proclamation made us understand that the bond of friendship that the boys have built in these two months within the walls of X Factor it was stronger than careerism and the desire to make it big at all costs. Beyond everything, especially considering the tension that could be felt in the first episodes due to the catalyzing presence of Morgan, X Factor greets the audience in the name of music and, above all, lightness.

From the judges’ ironic and amused comments Amber AngioliniFedez e Dargen D’Amico to the sparkling conduct of Francesca Michielin, passing through the guests who performed alongside the finalists on stage: M¥SS KETA with Maria Tomba; The Ofenbach with Sarafine; Francesco Gabbani with Il Solito Dandy and Omar Pedrini with the Stunt Pilots. What conquered everyone, however, was a Gianni Morandi at the top of his form who, during the final, demonstrated not only that he had nothing to envy of super guests of past finals such as Robbie Williams and Coldplay, but also that he had an ability to manage the stage and improvise – there were many in fact, the songs that the singer said he had not rehearsed but which he nevertheless proposed to the final – worthy of a great performer. In short, there couldn’t have been a better epilogue even if, at a certain point, Dargen decided to dedicate a thought to the person who this year caused havoc and controversy behind that counter: Morgan. «I thank him because he made this edition special and exciting, and we all wish it were here.” A bit of frost both in the studio and among colleagues, with Fedez limiting himself to saying “many beautiful things”leaving us to understand that between them it will probably not end here.
