A 34-year-old woman suspected of being run over that resulted in the death of 38-year-old Thalita Danielle Hoshino in Itanhaém, on the coast of São Paulo, reported to the police on the afternoon of last Wednesday (16).
She attended the 2nd DP of Praia Grande accompanied by her lawyer. Against her, there was a warrant of pre -trial detention issued by the 2nd Criminal Court of Peruíbe.
The case happened on March 23rd. The investigations were conducted by the city’s General Investigations Police Station (DIG), which sent the inquiry into court with the identification of all those involved in the crime.
In addition to his arrested wife, two other investigated – including the driver of the buggy who ran over the victim – have already been arrested. The investigation is being conducted by the General Investigations Police Station (DIG) of Itanhaém.

Investigations point to a “crack” of buggies. The victim suffered severe cranioencephalic trauma and was transferred to Sister Dulce Hospital in Praia Grande, but could not resist the injuries and died on March 25.

The City of Itanhaém confirmed the severe cranioencephalic trauma suffered by Thalita and her transfer to the sister Dulce Hospital. The death was confirmed by the hospital on March 25.
