Wolves “, the new film from Apple TV+ starring Brad Pitt and George Clooney may have debuted this Friday (27), but the company already has more plans for the duo. In an announcement made in August this year, the sequel to the film has been confirmed .

About the new film, the director Jon Watts (“Spider-Man: No Way Home”) commented, at the time of the renewal: “Apple has been talking to me about a sequel since I submitted my cut of the film in December 2023 . This discussion has always been ongoing.”

He continued: “Definitely, I didn’t write the film thinking about a sequel . But it was really fun to make, so who knows? I think it’s up to the audience to decide if they want to see more.”

Until now, Production on the sequel has not yet started .

In the action comedy, Pitt and Clooney play two “professional solvers” who specialize in covering up high-profile crimes.
