At 51 years old, Gwyneth Paltrow put up for sale your mansion in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles. For those interested, the property is listed at $29.99 million, approximately R$ 158.57 million at the current price.

According to information published by the Daily Mail, the decision came after the actress's youngest son recently finished high school and entered university.

When she bought the space, back in 2012, the actress was married to musician Chris Martin, from Coldplay. The two made their union official in 2003 and ended their marriage in 2016. Together, they had Apple, 19, and Moses, 20.

In 2018, the actress married Brad Falchuck, who also took their two children to the property.

As reported by broker Lea Porter, the star was also motivated to sell the place as her children are growing up.

Built in 1950, the residence underwent renovation in 2009, before being purchased by Paltrow, two years later, in 2012.

During a recent event for her brand, Goop, which focuses on well-being and style, Gwyneth confessed to The Hollywood Reporter her feelings when she saw that her son was going to university.

“To be honest, it’s giving me a nervous breakdown,” she revealed. “I started thinking, 'Oh, my God, I need to quit my job and I need to sell my house and I need to move. It’s kind of a turbulence in things,” she assessed.

“You gradually start to loosen up when they are driving or doing certain things. It’s a slower process”, he pointed out.

“I feel really lucky because I have a close group of mom friends and we all raise our kids side by side. So we’re in this together,” she concluded.
