In 2018, the actress married Brad Falchuck, who also took their two children to the property.

As reported by broker Lea Porter, the star was also motivated to sell the place as her children are growing up.
Built in 1950, the residence underwent renovation in 2009, before being purchased by Paltrow, two years later, in 2012.
With 8,000 m², the luxurious mansion has classic California architecture and has eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and a fundamental apartment above the garage.
